Ah! Słoneczniku

"Ah! Słoneczniku, czasem znużony,

Wciąż mierzysz wędrówkę Słońca,

Gonisz za klimatem słodkim, złoconym,

Gdzie kończy się podróż wędrowca;



Gdzie młodość pożądaniem spalona,

I blada Dziewica w śniegu całunie

Powstaną z grobów by drogę pokonać,

Tam dokąd mój Słonecznik od zawsze frunie."
